Terms & Conditions

Following are the terms and conditions of having an agreement with the Custom Packaging Boxes:

Product Features

The products will have all such qualities or features that both parties agree on in the contract. The company will not provide anything that is not part of the agreement.

Transfer of Responsibility

On the dispatch of goods, the risks of any loss during transit are up to the customers or the carrier’s premises. The company is not responsible for any direct or consequential loss. The loss can be in the case of defects. Or, it can be in respect of the conditions set by the law but not part of the company’s policy.

Complains

Any complaint about the loss in delivery or damaged products can be made within 3 days of the delivery by the customers.

Delivery Time

The company will deliver the products within the set date. But there is no guarantee regarding the actual delivery time. Moreover, the company is also not responsible for any loss arising in case of a delay in deliveries. 

Payments

Customers have to make the payment within 30 days of the date of the invoice. In case of non-payment, Custom Packaging Boxes has the complete right to hold future deliveries. Moreover, the prices of goods are exclusive of VAT. So, the company has the right to revise its prices in case of changes in the cost of production. This change may arise during the period between the date of dispatch and the date of acceptance of an order by the customers in writing. 

Ownership

Customers will get ownership of the goods only in case of receiving full payment from the company.
