Ownership of Materials:
CustomPackagingBoxes.com.au retains full ownership of all materials created during the production of your printed products. These materials will not be sold or shared with any third party.

We may distribute free samples of your printed products and display them on our website for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed. If a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed between both parties, we will honour its terms and ensure that no materials, including samples or images, are shared, uploaded, or displayed publicly.

Copyright Notice:
All content on our website, including text, data, software, photographs, graphics, images, illustrations, designs, icons, and other materials (collectively referred to as "Website Content"), is the intellectual property of CustomPackagingBoxes.com.au or its third-party providers. Unauthorised copying, modification, storage, republishing, transmission, or distribution of Website Content is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.

User Conduct:
You are solely responsible for the content you upload, post, or transmit via our website. You warrant that:

You have obtained appropriate authorisation for any copyrighted materials or intellectual property you use.
You will not upload materials that are unlawful, offensive, or infringe upon the rights of others.
You will not use automated systems (e.g., bots) to access our website.

You are of sufficient legal age to create binding legal obligations for any liabilities incurred as a result of using our website.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or is otherwise objectionable. We may also disclose user-submitted content to comply with legal obligations, enforce these terms, or protect the rights and safety of our website, users, or the public.

Indemnification and Limitation of Liability:
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CustomPackagingBoxes.com.au, its employees, affiliates, and partners from any claims or liabilities arising from:

Alleged violations of third-party rights in the materials you provide.
Unauthorised access to password-protected areas of our website.
Any misuse of the website or breach of these terms.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order. Under no circumstances are we responsible for indirect, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the website.

Return and Refund Policy:
Due to the custom nature of our products, refunds, credits, and reprints are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you find the delivered product defective or not produced according to the agreed specifications, please provide digital proof—such as images or videos—within three business days of receiving your order.

Our team of experts and management will carefully analyse the provided evidence. If the issue is determined to be our fault, we will offer an appropriate resolution tailored to your situation. The determination of defects or errors is solely at the discretion of our management.

Expedited processing fees are non-refundable.

Payment, Order Placement, and Cancellations:
All price information on our website or shared in any communication is in Australian Dollars (AUD) by default, unless otherwise specified. Payment for orders must be made in Australian Dollars unless agreed otherwise. Due to the custom nature of our products and services, we will not begin processing your order—whether for printing or other services—until payment is received, including all applicable charges based on the agreed-upon terms and paid through an approved payment method.

As part of the order process, customers must approve proof (electronic or hard copy) of the products or services ordered. Once the proof is approved, the job will be sent into production. After approval and the commencement of the production process, no changes to the artwork, job specifications, or turnaround time will be allowed.

You have a limited time of 4 hours after proof approval to cancel your order. Cancellations within this timeframe will incur no deductions, except for expedited orders. Cancellations beyond 24 hours may still be requested, but a cancellation fee will be incurred depending on the stage of production. We do not guarantee cancellations after 24 hours.

Design Orders:
Design orders are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled once placed.

Submitted Artwork and Files:
Artwork must be submitted at a minimum 300 DPI resolution in CMYK format. We are not responsible for issues like blurriness or colour changes resulting from improper file submissions.
You are responsible for the accuracy, orientation, and alignment of submitted files.
By uploading artwork, you confirm you own or have the right to use the material.

We reserve the right to refuse orders that violate intellectual property rights or contain offensive material.

Proofs and Colour Accuracy:
Customers must approve a proof (electronic or hard copy) before production begins. It’s your responsibility to review the proof sent to you via email. We are not liable for delays caused by the customer’s non-approval. Turnaround times begin only after proof approval.

Thoroughly review your proof for layout, copy, spacing, punctuation, image placement, and proportion. Electronic proofs may not show transparency, overprint issues, or colour shifts from RGB/Pantone to CMYK. UV coating or lamination may affect colour appearance.

You are fully responsible for the final approved proof. We will reproduce colours as closely as possible, but colour accuracy and density are not guaranteed due to printing limitations. By placing an order, you agree to this. We do not offer reprints for colour variations from the original files. If colour matching is essential, we recommend ordering a hard copy proof, which incurs an additional cost.

No Liability for Errors:
CustomPackagingBoxes.com.au is not liable for errors in the final product caused by:

Misspelling or grammar mistakes
Damaged fonts
Graphics bleeds or punctuation issues
Incorrect or missing folds, die lines, crop marks, transparency, cracks on folds
Overprint issues

Overruns and Underruns:
We typically deliver the exact quantity ordered, plus a small additional amount, at no extra charge. In the event of an underrun, we will adjust the missing quantity in your next order, unless the shortage is significant. We follow standard trade practice, delivering within plus or minus 5% of the ordered quantity.

Production Speed, Shipping, and Delivery of Orders:
Production speed and turnaround time begin only after your approval on the press-ready proof (electronic or hard copy) and full payment including all applicable charges. You may select your desired production speed during the order placing process, which will specify the number of business days required to complete production and hand the order to the shipping company.

We strive to print and ship orders promptly. However, CustomPackagingBoxes.com.au is not liable for delays caused by weather, shipping carrier issues, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control. In the case of delays due to technical issues or equipment failure, expedited charges will be refunded, but orders cannot be cancelled due to production delays.

Customs duties and fees for international shipments are the customer's responsibility. You must also handle customs clearance for shipments outside Australia and New Zealand.

Due to the custom nature of our products, the turnaround time can vary based on the order specifications, but we offer a standard turnaround time of 13-15 business days for production & shipping and an expedited turnaround of 10 business days for production & shipping. Shipping to additional destinations will incur extra charges. We do not guarantee specific shipping or delivery times and are not liable for delays, damage, loss, or theft during transit. Claims for lost or damaged shipments can be filed 6 business days after shipment.

If you provide an incorrect shipping address, additional charges will apply for re-shipment.

Changes to Terms:
We reserve the right to update these terms or make changes to the website without notice. Continued use of the website signifies your acceptance of any changes.
