Another huge shout-out to Matthew for a seamless experience. From literally the moment I sent a request, to final touches for my custom box. He was patient, kind and kept me in the loop at every step. I sent through the files on day 1 and I think by day 2 or 3, everything was finalized including the artwork revisions and printing was underway. The product itself is super high quality and sturdy. Matthew is really awesome to work with - prompt reply, solution and detail minded, tight follow-up and very professional. Good quality print and materials; accurately described in our email correspondence. Very happy with the final product. The only thing that makes me give a star lesser is the delivery and packaging of my goods. The packaging materials were in fragile and disintegrated state. It didn’t affect my goods but it’d have been perfect if they had used better quality materials for delivery.
