Return & Refund Policy

Customer Satisfaction & Returns

Your satisfaction matters to us at Custom Packaging Boxes. If you have any concerns about your order, please reach out to us within 3 business days of receiving your delivery.

Please be aware that once products have been delivered, refunds are not applicable. That said, if your order arrived damaged or an error occurred on our end, we'll make it right by reprinting your order at no extra charge. Issues that fall outside of our responsibility, unfortunately, will not qualify for a replacement or refund.

Color & Design

Every design goes through your approval before we begin production, and we do our best to bring it to life exactly as intended. That said, slight differences in color, pattern, or texture can sometimes occur due to the nature of the printing process. By placing an order, you accept that minor variations may exist and agree not to hold Custom Packaging Boxes liable for these differences. Rest assured, we always aim for the closest possible match to your approved design.

Payment, Orders & Cancellations

Production begins only after full payment has been received, covering the order total along with any applicable taxes, shipping, and handling fees. We accept credit cards and other approved online payment methods. Please keep a copy of your payment receipt, either digital or printed, for your records.

Need to make changes or cancel? You have a 4-hour window from the time of your order to do so. Please note that cancellations are subject to a small processing fee based on your order total.
